Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any cosmetic products.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thechellebeauty.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your request is approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Please note:
- Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for resolution.
- We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction or change of mind.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Chellé Beauty reserves the right to refuse any claims that do not meet these conditions.
