Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note:

  • Processing time and shipping time are separate.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Chellé Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, Chellé Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local carrier directly.

Order Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thechellebeauty.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We reserve the right to review and determine appropriate resolutions on a case-by-case basis
